WE KEEP IT SIMPLE...
We keep it simple and kind of old school. At Get A Job Joey, all we do is put jobs out to bid to sub contractors, vendors and suppliers in your city or market.
We do not promote a marketing program. We do not require a long term or month to month contract. We do not offer any type of project management function. Each job sent to us is put to bid on a flat fee per project.
Project plans sent to us are reviewed for the overall scope of work and we compile a list of trades, subcontractors and service providers that we think you will need to get quotes on so you can submit the most qualified proposal possible..
This list of recommended trades is sent back you for you to review and to comment on. We only send your bid invite out to required trades. Get A Job Joey does not want to wasted people's time and money by having them download and review plans and in the end their trade is not needed.
If you have a go to sub for a specific trade that does all you work. No sense in sending out bid invites for quotes you will never use or need. We do not like wasting people's time and money.
