2 TYPES OF BID INVITES
Get A Job Joey issues two (2) types of basic bid invites and they are listed below:
1. GC issued - A general contractor sends us their project to be placed out to bid. And this is what we do; we write the bid invite simply stating this job is being placed out to bid by a specific general contractor. And all bids, proposals, questions, clarifications and RFI's are sent directly to the general contractor.

2. Owner / Architect issued - We include a list of approved general contractors, as provided by the owner, with our bid invite.
Bidders can submit their proposal to any general contractor on the approved list.
